MeetMe is just a conference room. You assign an extension to it, and anyone
that calls that extension will get put in the MeetMe room. The more the
merrier, although more than 20 users with all of them able to talk is
probably not going to work well. MeetMe is a built-in application in
Asterisk.

FindMeFollowMe is just a concept. A marketing term. It is the idea that your
extension number is associated with multiple end points (desk, cell, etc).
How FMFM actually works is arbitrary, as there is no set standard. The FMFM
in FreePBX is a thoughtful design, and seems to work fairly well. YMMV

Hope that helps!
