I've been trying a lot of stuff about freephoneline but didn't have much luck (I tried both on asterisk and a couple ATAs). I think they need to flag the account as capable of working with a device other than their softphone, otherwise it won't work. Not sure if it helps, but some of the facts that I know of: - the SIP agent has to be FreePhoneLine - they use a nonstandard SIP port, 6060 - the user and password are not the ones you login to the web site with. After you've configured their softphone on a Windows PC, you can find them under c:\Documents and Settings\<username>\FreePhoneLine\FreePhoneLine.cfg Let me know if you have any luck.
