I know that lots of people on this list would like to make their case for being in the top 5 but might be reluctant to do any self promotion on the main list. I'm not sure how relevant it is to your PHB's decision making process but that's why they have the pointy hair and we have the propellers on our heads. The fact that it's for business places some interesting constraints. I think there are lots of providers geared at bargain basement rates, but I'm not sure what sort of satisfaction you'd get from their customer service. Also, depending on your volume, some of the big guys wouldn't give you the handholding and boutique service that you might get from smaller providers. It'll be interesting to see how people's lists shape up. How would you rank these in terms of importance: Price, Service, Mean Time To Repair/SLA? I think that might guide people's responses.
