Actually I think this is a better forum for such a question simply because he's not looking for suggestions from the companies themselves. As you pointed out, they may be reluctant to self promote -- that's great, because obviously someone at one company isn't going to suggest another company as the better alternative :) I think he's looking for more of a list from people who have used the various providers as opposed to getting a list of companies who provide service in Toronto.
