I concur about the stability and "first class" of a PRI + Sangoma T1 card w/ hardware echo cancellation combination. I'm about 13 months past my launch of that combo and it's nice and stable with great quality. Allstream appears to have very aggressive pricing for PRIs, so you might find a partial or fully loaded PRI from them will come out to be more cost effective than you think. Just beware the Allstream installation date. As with all things telco, it could be missed.
