It's php-xml 5.1.6-15. Last night, I was able to grab the php-xml of the 
website that Martin mentioned and also grab the equivalant version of 
php-common. I installed php-common newer version and then php-xml worked and 
everything is updated now. Nothing SEEMS broken. Hopefully everything is fine.
