You need to identify when they happen (to the minute, if possible), and then correlate with /var/log/asterisk/messages

If there's nothing in there, you may need to turn on debugging, but be careful because you can fill up your hard drive in a day if you have full debug turned on.

Also, /var/log/messages can have errors.

Basically, to find clues you need to know the time this is happening, and then find patterns.
