I don't know your experience with Vicidial, but I would not go and recommend it
as a "simple" solution. Yes it works... if you have enough servers and the
patience to get it working. Even Matt (the maker of Vicidial) suggest 1 server
per function (dialer, predictive engine, mysql, web). That's 4 servers minimum...
