New implementation, 3 POTS lines into a Grandstream GXW4104, about 20% of the time, when the IVR picks up, the caller hears a "Bzzzzzt" and then the IVR starts. It could be on any channel. The rest of the time, all is normal. We've tested the lines, polarity is correct, and the lines appear clean. Asterisk looks normal. This appears to be coming from the Grandstream. Any ideas what's going on here?
