As I thought, this turned out to be a bug. I filed a bug for it here: http://bugs.elastix.org/view.php?id=16 The issue arises if one creates a username for each extension and then assign them a group other than Administrator. Apparently there is a pging problem. Problem with assigning Administrator privilage to each user as you know is a security risk and a headache as each rep will have the potential of changing the guts of the system. -Bruce
