Sorry I'm no help there. I haven't tried hosting VOIP services behind pfSense. I think you can reduce that range in size if you know or control the configuration of the devices behind your firewall. You should see it under the System -> Packages menu. It was added fairly recently so make sure you're running 1.2.2 or 1.2.3.
