While nor eyeBeam or Nokia support backup registrar, I found a workaround for eyeBeam that works but displays an annoying error on the screen. Its not a big deal though. Since eyeBeam allows setting up multiple accounts and using them at the same time, I can set up one account using the external, and one with internal IP. This way, while at the office, the acct with local address connects and the one with remote address, fails.
