No problems here on either incoming or outgoing from Toronto, and no
issue calling support.

I had problems on the weekend that were related to one of their servers
(sip) being upgraded, but it was resolved by restarting Asterisk.

Maybe it's routing related.  Perhaps try a traceroute from your ISP?
