One of the DSP Voip card went down in the telephone switch.
Everything was back up online at 12:10 after re-routing incoming traffic
to another VoIP DSP card.
There was a 10 minutes outage on incoming calls only. Outgoing calls
were working fine since it's using another VoIP DSP card.
