I am in the process of Porting one of my Rogers Wireless Numbers to a
VOIP Provider.  Curious to hear if anyone has any recommendations or
experience doing the same.

How long should the number porting process take?

What can I do myself to track the Ports progress?

What is an acceptable fee for Porting?

If I start the port process today and Rogers takes its Sweet A$$ time,
what is a reasonable amount of time to wait?

Can Rogers hold on to the number and not release it in a timely
fashion, just to make a few more bucks off me?



Any input would be appreciated.
