There's nothing wrong with the network or servers with Unlimitel.
Contact our support team to [email protected] to help you.
I quickly check and your router is changing your source UDP port from
5060 to 60862.
You need to set your router to prevent it from changing your source
UDP ports.
Make sure you do not use your SIP service behind 2 NAT routers. Many
customers are using Bell DSL service with the SpeedStream modem/router
plus their own routers which in most cases, will prevent your SIP
service to run properly.
