WOW! What a quick analysis!

I have exactly the configuration that you described:
"Many customers are using Bell DSL service with the SpeedStream modem/router
plus their own routers which in most cases, will prevent your SIP service to
run properly."

I've always had the second router in a DMZ and it has worked fine. It seems
however that my settings on the SpeedStream are all of a sudden messed up.
It didn't even occur to me to check the NAT configuration.
