Hi all, IMHO finding someone who could build a complete * system from scratch would be overkill. This job itself requires no programming or development skills. I would prefer a more practical test perhaps loading the ISO CD image and then configuring a SIP trunk and a couple of SIP phones. For a further test the applicant could be asked to add a Conference or C\F Follow-me etc.
