Clear the voicemail off that someone has left you on those analogue lines

Hi, I am using the Asstra linkpro 160 (6 FXOs) PBX. Whenever i dial out thru the FXO lines connect to it, i hear stutter tone (two short tones) before I hear the digits are sending. But i don't have this issue using the VoIP lines to outside. I wonder if this happens to other Asterisk based PBX with FXOx? how can i fix it? Thanks! Roger
