I'll second that on the Xplorenet side. Motorola Canopy service seems potentially viable. You will need to see who might offer it in that area.
FWIW Xplorenet offers Canopy service in certain areas too, however after dealing with their policies and support people on the satellite side, I would look for an alternate provider as there appears to be terrestrial overlap with other vendors. - dbc.
