Hi Bruce my question is do you provide SLA to customers? if so, it is better to go with EC. however, if your budget is tight for the EC, you can check the IP Trunking service from Allstream because their carrier voice switch will take care of it for you. for instance, Comwave has migrated their PRIs to this service last year
