Snap used to be a good little utility until Digium took it over and it turned into ADA (Asterisk Desktop Assistant). The one and only developer of ADA quit in January 09 and as far as I can tell, nothings happened with it since.
So what are people using these days for click-to-dial? Ideally, it would offer Outlook, IE & Firefox integration and also be able to make outbound calls in different contexts (unlike ADA).
