This might be a reason:Changing code over and over with version change and not keeping up on top documentation. An example:In the past few days, I have been trying to get Originate asterisk AMI to work in Asterisk 1.6 and due to lack of documentation I had to find information piece by piece and waste so much time just to learn that manager.conf read and write should include the word "originate" as well. This simple change is no where documented and if not done your whole program won't work.
