Would it be possible to send me a copy of your XML file, with the
appropriate fields blanked out?

Nabeel,
I have an IP 430 on my test system, and the line keys work as you'd expect
(first call to first button, a second call goes to the second line button).
I would assume most of the Polycoms should work the same.

Going in through the web interface to the phone, the key settings look to be

"Num Line Keys" set to 2 and the "Calls Per Line" set to 1.

Looking at the xml file, it has reg.1.lineKeys="2" in it.

Regards,
Doug.
