At first blush this setup looked a little hokey as it has a lot of
moving parts.  But I took a stab at it and after some hacking and
tuning it turned out pretty good.  Thx for the pointer.

I trying to think up a solution that allows dialing by skype name. Can
anyone suggest anyway to accomplish that with asterisk?
