That's right.  I second that with Phil.    Asterisk's built in chanspy
supports both whisper and listen mode.   This feature alone in proprietary
platforms cost in the 5 digit figure,  but both whisper and listen mode is
available in Asterisk (along with full blown call recording and archiving in
a wav file) out of the box.   A feature every call centre manager wants.
