On the contrary, for pre-paid I believe this is what most people would expect. Indeed it is the way many (most?) providers operate. They key to making it work is to send out warning emails when the balance reaches the level selected by the account holder so they have enough warning to replenish the account. And BTW, I don't recommend Unlimitel to anyone since you told me you didn't want us as a customer because we primarily needed termination, not DIDs. We now pay your competitors thousands per month so not only do you come across as arrogant but you might want to rethink your business strategy.
