Hello PoS machines can either work over traditional phone lines or over an internet connection. Unfortunately it has been my experience that PoS machines do not work well over VoIP lines. I would suggest making sure the PoS machine can connect up to the local network and transmit that way instead of over a phone line. That will solve all your problems.
