Yeah, it's sad. In a post back in March Google promised few weeks to deploy some standard GMAIL features into Google Apps (including Google+) but so far has failed despite the huge community outcry. Like a user posted, "It's more Microsoft like...." but I guess there is something really important behind this that they don't want their paying users (*some) to get access to standard GMAIL features.
I received invites for Google+ from nice people from TAUG (Thanks to you all) but so far not been able to dedicate the time to signup another GMAIL account just for that purpose. I also am scared of the work I have to do for the account to keep it up and in shape along with all the other e-mail accounts that I have to manage daily. - Bruce > Date: Fri, 15 Jul 2011 12:30:27 -0500 > From: [email protected] > To: [email protected] > CC: [email protected] > Subject: Re: [on-asterisk] Any Google+ invites anyone? > > Thanks!
