By the way, if you have a recent invoice with the number on it, that would be helpful. If the number can be acquired you'll need to fill out a RespOrg change request using the recent (<30 days) invoice as proof of ownership. You could also try to NASC the number - forcibly change the RespOrg, but the current owner can NASC it back... and this can turn quite nasty (or "nascy" - if you are into telecom humour).
