By the way, if you have a recent invoice with the number on it, that would be 
helpful. If the number can be acquired you'll need to
fill out a RespOrg change request using the recent (<30 days) invoice as proof 
of ownership. You could also try to NASC the number -
forcibly change the RespOrg, but the current owner can NASC it back... and this 
can turn quite nasty (or "nascy" - if you are into
telecom humour).

Hi everyone,
We have a situation where a toll-free number was cut off due to no payment by 
Bell. Bill was paid but Bell then claimed they are no
longer in possession of the number. Who in town can search to find out who the 
PSAP for the toll-free number is?
Or is there any provider who can get the number for us?
