Hi Everyone,
I have seen a customer with TekSavvy connection over Rogers coax cable. Does 
Rogers cable fall under the same rules as the Bell Canada copper lines when it 
comes to sharing it with competitors?
Does Rogers infrastructure work like Bell in terms of placing equipment in CO 
in order to provide internet?
