When you say long distance calls, can you be more specific? Is it international calls,.... If you are having issues with international calls, make sure you have the ALLOW INTERNATIONAL calls set to YES in the web portal for your DIDs and accounts. This is a protection we added last year to help prevent people from making unwanted international calls.
