I would agree that here on the list is not the first place you should
go. First go to support, and if then either after no response or
resolution then maybe come to the list to see if anyone else has an issue.
I think though a lot of support does not respond quick enough and when
you have angry users/clients you can not wait 30 minutes for an answer
or resolution.
But then if you can't wait or afford down time maybe you should have a
secondary or third outbound carrier ( like I do ).

I think it would be best if you send your support questions to

support related questions for all voip providers. I don't think this is the
right place to discuss? Do you agree?
I don't mind answering questions here, but I feel this is not the right
place to do so (just a my own opinion).

When you say long distance calls, can you be more specific? Is it
international calls,....
If you are having issues with international calls, make sure you have the
ALLOW INTERNATIONAL calls set to YES in the web portal for your DIDs and
accounts.
This is a protection we added last year to help prevent people from
making unwanted international calls.
