Hi Andrew, I installed a couple of these units about two years ago but was disappointed with the performance. The documentation is very confusing, it basically allows the 4 x analog ports to be set up as SIP extensions or 4 x SIP trunks. If you set the configuration to SIP trunks there is no way to route individual PSTN lines as DID's unless you are running a more recent version of Freepbx which will allow you to assign an incoming DID number to the specific port number. The software may have improved since I used last installed these units, but I have moved to using Sangoma cards or their USB unit which IMHO is far superior.
