A friend of mine has a UK number through voip.ms which is currently
ringing busy, even when switched to echo-test mode on their website.
They won't troubleshoot without three sample calls from 3 distinct UK
people along with their calling numbers and carrier they're using.
This is obviously impractical for someone from Canada to do, does
anyone knows of some way to escalate with them and get the issue
looked at?
