Looking to create a campaign dialer for about 3000 numbers to be dialed via TDM PRI (All USA/Canada). Nothing fancy and wouldn't try things packages Vicidial (too complex and bloated for this job). The dialer is supposed to read a csv file or database for number to dial and then put the agent on the call right away as the call rings. So, no AMD or anything else fancy. But I do want to create a simple front-end to it so admin can feed numbers and see what percentage of the campaign is done or what numbers were called or answered....
Do you have or know any simple campaign dialers for Asterisk for this purpose? I can use the back-end code and develope my own front-end or a full solution would be appreciated. Of course, nothing paid. I am currently considering both spool files and AMI but leaning more toward AMI. Which one would be more appropriate? Input is much appreciated. -Bruce
