Hi All,
I have been given a requirement to add a TTY or TDD device to a VoIP
system for a hearing-impaired user .
The three options seem to be:-
1. Traditional TTY with acoustic coupler
2. Traditional TTY with ATA
3. A soft-TTY
Never having used one, my deafness is strictly selective, I wondered if
anyone has experience with these devices and/or a recommendation for
preferred hardware or software products?
