Hey Chuck, I am using bonded DSL through a teksavvy reseller and have had no issues (related to this service). Reliability has been amazing and support is fantastic as well.
For the hardware, I didnt go with their tomato install and am using a routerboard system which I find much more reliable and WAY more feature rich!
