if internet slows down that much, log it and keep calling them! I had a issue a
long time ago and it wasn't until a few months that they actually escalated the
issue and split my area in half! Since then I have no problems reaching peak
speeds at any hour of the day!

I havent used fibe - its kind of a marketing scam, its just DSL. I do have
teksavvys bonded DSL at my office and it works great!

I have the option of moving to Bell Fibe (from Rogers cable).
Rogers have continually messed up the billing and some TV channels
de-picsulate, the broadband speed is mostly okay except sometimes it can
slow down by 50%. Can anyone recommend Bell Fibe for TV and Internet
before I change ISPs ?
