I thought this was fascinating! Chrome and Mozilla already have this
enabled - without the need for any additional plugins and add-ons.
This allows web developers with basic java script knowledge, to
integrate their web apps with video and audio communication simply by
using standard programming techniques. As of Asterisk 11, WebRTC is
enabled.
Has anyone actually started working and experimenting on this here
within the group?
For the curious minds, the link below will give an overview.
https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Asterisk+WebRTC+Support
This link actually shows a live communication (video and audio) between
Chrome & Mozilla technical team.

Any suggestions on how to get WebRTC working on a pre Asterisk 11
version would also be interesting (Asterisk 1.6 through Asterisk 10)
Best,
Reza.
