Reza, Have been watching this develop and I say it still a ways off due to codec licencing issues and inconsistent implementation in the different browsers. Take a look at this http://code.google.com/p/webrtc2sip/ it's basically a proxy server to bridge to legacy systems. I've not yet played with it but it seems like a way to integrate with older asterisk.
