Hi,

I come from a database programming background, it seems to me that a
commercial call center version of Asterix should have a database at it's
core for storing all Asterisk configuration data and for logging activity
occuring in the PBX. It should also have an API that is robust and sits in
front of the DB for purposes of integration.

I'm fairly new to Asterisk is this something that has already been developed
or is currently under development?
