I got something fixed. Not sure what it was, I just started ";" out most
lines in the voicemail.conf file and now voicemail doesn't crash anymore.

-- Goto (macro-voicemail,s-NOANSWER,1)
-- Executing VoiceMail("SIP/1023-3d30", "u1024") in new stack

I see preparation to do u1024 voice mail and something is wrong. Below
is what I put into the voicemail.conf file below [other]. I see 1024
there what else is missing?
