Awesome, that did the trick w/out having to futz with an IVR. I don't suppose it really makes any difference what order these lines appear in your voicemail.conf? Here's how I slipped it into my existing extension.conf
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [inbound] exten => <redacted>,1,goto(from-broadvoice|s|1) [from-broadvoice] ;screen for unwanted telemarketing calls exten => s,1,PrivacyManager ; ; We ring extensions 101, 102 and 103 ; at the same time, and whoever answers first gets the call. If there ; is no answer after 20 seconds, then send the call to voicemail with ; the unavailable message. If all phones are unavailable, send the ; call to the busy message. exten => s,2,Dial(SIP/101&SIP/102&SIP/103,20) exten => s,3,Voicemail(u101) exten => s,4,Hangup exten => s,103,Voicemail(b101) exten => s,104,Hangup ;Enable voicemail access by pressing * during greeting exten => a,1,VoicemailMain exten => a,n,Hangup ; Always put these two extensions in any "main" context that handles ; call processing, for good form and graceful hangups. exten => i,1,Hangup exten => h,1,Hangup Matthew Farley wrote: > Just put an 'a' extension in your dialplan (on modern versions of asterisk) > pointed to VoicemailMain.
