After some googling, I found this interesting product...

Bluetooth SIP Voice AP
"The SIP Access Point supports Bluetooth CTP profile and SIP protocol. It has a 10/100 Fast Ethernet RJ45 LAN port to access IP Net. When a Bluetooth mobile phone or Bluetooth cordless phone comes into the range of the AP, a 2.4GHz wireless link is established. Mobile phone or cordless phone can make or receive call with PSTN phone or other IP phone. That means you still enjoy the convenience and flexibility of the mobile phone call but pay much lower. The AP supports simultaneously up to 2 calls."
