Hello Jack, my guess is, that this is not a fault of misdn / chan_misdn. There is something else broken in the 0.4 branch.
chan_misdn.so cannot resolve symbol alloc_msg, but loading the misdn kernel modules fails too because again some symbols are missing! Unfortunately I have no idea what is different between the 0.4 branch and the previous version.
