Hi Peter,

I got it working now.

I'll send my diff to Kristian and he can apply the changes to the 0.4
branch, create new images, etc.

Please be patient until he commits the changes.

Short explanation what happened:

Kristian told me that there were problems in merging my branch with 0.4.
So he changed some misdn stuff himself. However, some parts of my
patches haven't been transferred properly to 0.4 and the resulting
patches didn't do the job they should do.

Small change, big impact....
