Thanks Ingmar, Some answers : Version : 0.4.4 I use a keydisk, I
have enable misdn in rc.conf and I see misdn-init.conf in .etc (OK also for the
link /tmp/etc) Without the card
and midsn disable in rc.conf, noload misdn in modules.conf : asterisk starts
normally. When I run misdn-init
scan, I find the card : [OK] found the
following devices: card=1,hfcpci [ii] run
"/usr/sbin/misdn-init config" to store this information to
/etc/misdn-init.conf And misdn-init
config : cp: unable to
open `/etc/misdn-init.conf.save': Read-only file system [!!] could not
backup your existing /etc/misdn-init.conf! When I change to
RW file system : [OK]
/etc/misdn-init.conf already present. backing it up to
/etc/misdn-init.conf.save [OK]
/etc/misdn-init.conf created. It's now safe to run "/usr/sbin/misdn-init
start" [ii] make your
port (1) available in asterisk by editing "/etc/asterisk/misdn.conf" Thanks for your
help. Hello Mathias, now a bunch of
questions.... What version are
you running? Latest means what? Do you use a
keydisk? Did you enable
misdn in rc.conf? Do you see a
misdn-init.conf in /etc (which is linked to /tmp/etc)? If you unplug the
HFC card and disable misdn in rc.conf, does your asterisk start normally then? What happens if
you run /usr/sbin/misdn-init
scan /usr/sbin/misdn-init
conf ? I know there a
lot of questions, but without more details it's tough to help. regards, Ingmar
