I found an alternative tool which may work, but neither Kristian or I 
speak french so we're having a hard time with their web page.  If there 
is anyone who is able to decipher french, look at this web page and tell 
us if they support updates only when the IP address changes.

The thing that caught my eye when looking at this is the https protocol 
which I believe inadyn does not currently support.

Another possible option for you is to have a PC inside your network do 
the updates using ddclient.  I've used a ddclient behind the firewall 
box for years without problems.  Just disable it on the Astlinux box and 
set it up on a different machine.
