currently only "secure location of password on disk" and support for "custom/static" dyndns services are on their todo list. You could always ask them to support eg Inadyn (never heard of'm yet)

Looking at the opendd.conf file, it only supports dyndns, not any other providers. Inadyn supports many more providers. It does look like a good client for dyndns though.
